We are offering Free Delivery in NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD & SA Metro Areas in AUSTRALIA with $69 minimum order value. Other Area will be calculated in the payment page.

For orders shipped outside of Australia, shipping fees will apply. These fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping fees will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Rest assured that we strive to keep our shipping fees as low as possible while ensuring safe and timely delivery of your purchase. 

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY Cat Products?

Rest assured, we swiftly dispatch all products within 48-72 hours of your purchase, ensuring that your Cat Factory items are on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Once in transit, your orders typically reach your doorstep within 7-10 business days from the time you place your order. Please note that the exact delivery time may be influenced by the operational efficiency of Australia Post, Toll, and Aramex. These carriers are currently managing high package volumes, which may impact delivery times. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work together to ensure your order's safe and timely arrival.

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

In addition to Australia, we have warehouses strategically located across the country, primarily in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Your shipping destination will depend on your order and stock availability. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to fulfil your order in the most efficient manner possible.

Beside Australia, please note that depending on your ordering country and the availability of stock, your order may be shipped from our warehouse in USA or Asia, from one of our overseas warehouses.
